Childhood Activities for Children in Foster Care (Ages 0-20)

Eligibility

• Ages 0 – 17 years
  The child must be a current adjudicated dependent ward of the court of Arizona or currently living in Arizona and their case is adjudicated in another state as part of Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC).
• Ages 18 -20 years
  The youth must be in DCS Extended Foster Care in Arizona.

AFFCF confirms the youth’s status through their DCS or Tribal caseworker, or for older youth, their Extended Foster Care coach.

Please note: AFFCF will not pay any past due balances or for items purchased or services provided prior to a request being approved. AFFCF reserves the right to deny a Childhood Activities request for any reason or no reason at all. Thank you for your understanding and allied support.
